This year the Summer Reading Challenge is Read to the Beat and it starts on July 4th.
Delivered by the Reading Agency, in partnership with local libraries and supported by the Universal Music Group UK.
The theme is to inspire children to explore the connection between stories and songs and discover the imagination and creativity involved with both.
Sign up at Poynton Library, where you will be given a special collector folder and set your goal and choose your book. Visit the library each time you finish a book to collect special stickers and rewards.
