We are South Manchester Arthritis Support Group and we run two weekly hydrotherapy sessions in the Hydrotherapy pool at Total Fitness in Wilmslow which we hire for our exclusive use.
We run one session on a Tuesday afternoon between 2.30pm and 3.30pm and a session on a Thursday morning between 11:00 and 12:00 midday.
We have been running these sessions for over three years and they have proved very popular.
Although the Tuesday session is quite full, we do occasionally have opportunities on a Tuesday as members leave because of personal circumstances and we maintain a small wait list.
