Lostock Rangers JFC provides football for children in Poynton and nearby areas, focusing on player development from youth to Open Age and Vets teams, funded by subscriptions, donations, and sponsorships.

New Century Bowmen provides archery all year round for the Macclesfield catchment area. Ideally situated in Whiteley Green – between Macclesfield and Poynton – the club provides the local area with a sporting facility that is ideal for all ages and abilities.

Pilates with Caroline offers tailored mat-based classes for all levels, led by a physiotherapist, focusing on posture, strength, and flexibility, held in Poynton and Hazel Grove.

In 2018-19, Poynton CC and Disley CC merged to create NECCC, offering opportunities for all ages to enjoy cricket, with junior teams and multiple open-age sides competing at various levels.

Poynton Dippers is a friendly and community oriented swimming club based in Poynton at the Leisure Centre. Our members enjoy a mixture of training sessions, local competitive galas, and social events.

Poynton Netball Club was established in 1975. We are a Ladies Club, min age 16 years , no max age! There are four teams currently registered with the Manchester Evening Netball League, playing in various divisions.

The Bowls section thrives with teams in local leagues and the Stockport Metro Indoor Bowls League, welcoming players of all ages and abilities to join the fun.

The tennis club at Poynton Sports Club is passionate about bringing people together through the sport of tennis, fostering a welcoming environment that encourages players of all ages and skill levels to enjoy the game.

Based in Poynton, Hazel Grove and the surrounding areas. We cater for players of all abilities and have a goal to give as many children the chance to play football as possible. We are run by a dedicated bunch of volunteers and aim to give all children the chance to fulfil their potential.
