Poynton Probus next meeting – 23rd November

We are a club for retired and semi-retired men, holding meetings at St.George’s Church Hall on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month, when we listen to speakers on all sorts of topics. There is then a break after which items of interest to members are discussed. We have been running since the mid-1980s.

Our next meeting will be the on Thursday 23rd November 2023 when the speaker will be Graham Tyson on  the “Those Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines”

Members’ partners are invited to outings and walks plus two particular meetings a year. Members try to be mutually supportive.

We hope this might be of interest to any potential new members and we would be happy to see them at a meeting, so they can form an impression, before deciding whether to join.  l will be happy to answer any queries from any interested men and to explain our conditions for attending meetings when we reopen.
