Mr. Truelove’s house trail
Mr. Truelove, the head butler, needs your help to look after Lyme’s house. On this interactive family trail collect your pinny, mob cap or white gloves in the house for your little ones to become a house keeper or a hall boy at Lyme. From polishing to exploring the inner workings of the clocks learn all about how to care for this special place then and now.
Each day Thursday – Tuesday 11am – 4pm
Free for members. For non-members admission fees apply.
Let loose: Toddler play
Join us in the chapel each Tuesday and Thursday in half term from 10am – 2pm for pre-school play, stories, and activities. Finish off with a buggy-friendly walk around the garden or a coffee in the Servant’s hall café next door.

Welly wanders
Embrace the weather and pull on your wellies and explore Lyme. Unleash your wild ones in Crow Wood play area and pick up a free spotter activity sheet and see what you can find. With toilets and a café close by, you’re only a hop skip and a jump from all you the facilities you need.
