LIFE LEISURE SPORTS CENTRE, SEAL ROAD, BRAMHALL, STOCKPORT, SK7 2JR.

We play on 2-3 courts from 8-10pm.

Our Hazel Grove Centre continues as usual at Hazel Grove Sports Centre, Jacksons Lane, Stockport SK7 5JX.  Although very full, all enquiries are still very welcome.

We welcome experienced players of all abilities, so long as you can play the game. We have no facilities for coaching learners and beginners.

We run regular training sessions twice weekly and we are looking for more ladies to take part. Our main aim is to be able to enter a team into a local league.   This is a great community based scheme, and it’s just a £1 a session with no registration fee!  Training sessions are run twice weekly, Saturday morning 9.30am -11am and Wednesday evening from 7pm at Lostock Hall Primary School, Poynton.

With the emphasis on personal fitness and team work, Fit for Football is your fun way to get fit! This format is especially suitable for those women that want to increase their fitness with the aim of joining a team and playing football. Progress though Fit for Football and get the opportunity to play competitive 6 and 11 a-side-games.  Age range 15-50.
