Vernon School Helps to Save Children’s Lives in Uganda
Mrs Gerry Hambridge has just returned from another successful stay in Uganda. The most important job she had, was to deliver over 300 mosquito nets that were donated by Vernon Primary School, to the children who attend St. James Primary and Orphan Care in Nakakabala. She also had the pleasure of turning on the solar lights at the school that Vernon had contributed too.
St. James’ is only just three years old and has been helped from its inception by Vernon Primary and good friendships have developed between the children of both schools.
