The Marionette Theatre Co.

Formally called the Poynton Junior Puppeteers, this group has been relocated and renamed as "The Marionette Theatre Co." This reflects our wider activities now that we take our theatre productions out to the audience.

We have workshop facilities off Coppice Road in Poynton and meet there weekly at 5:00pm every Wednesday. However we do have limited access to alternative premises if necessary.

Just like the live theatre, our productions require scenary, songs, scripts and music composition. The actors are string puppets that are brought alive by the skill of the operators.

We have a mix of all ages but always need new members to be able to accept an increasing number of invitations.
